When working for new clients, I think it's important to shed some light on who I am and what makes me successful.

To be successful, I believe you have to be dedicated, knowledgeable, willing to work hard, and have faith and guidance from our creator.  I treat real estate as a service position through which I inform and assist clients about the real estate and financial markets and communicate information effectively.  As your personal representative, I will lay the groundwork by provding outstanding service, which will lead to successful results and sold homes.

On my personal side, I am married.  I like to fish and hunt and spend time with my family.  I'm a veteran, hold a Bachelors Degree and a Nebraska Real Estate License.  I have worked and raised a family in the Seward community over the past twenty-five years and that has given me an appreciation for the friendships I've developed along the way.  I have worked in the real estate profession for six years and ahve been involved in housing and construction over the past twenty-eight years.
